Dream Project is a cooperative project between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and K-Arts, to proceed with cultural projects with talented students in developing countries.
I participated as a team leader of Bangladesh team in 2014 and program conductor in 2015, together with students in the graphic design department at Dhaka National University of Arts.
Our team focused on research methodology and implementing them in real life problems. Together with the local students, we mainly discussed design as a way of social interaction. We set a case and define issues, and figured out the solutions using design methods. Those solutions were proposed to the relevant organizations to understand the actual value of the outcome. We've chosen a specific site named Suhrawardy Udyan and reevaluated the social value that it holds. Suhrawardy Udyan is a place where various people ranging from students to elders come by to rest. We've researched how people interact with this place with multiple methods.
